You request a Diagnostic Session below, and answer questions about the complexity and importance of the issue that you hope to resolve. We want to help you solve big things, and we want to help you experience meaningful growth.

Create a fixed-fee quote and scope of work
Now that we have a sense of the scope of the issue, we're able to give you a quote for helping to resolve it. The quote and scope of work include number of sessions and an approximate timeline.
Step 3
You choose to move forward or hold off
There is never any pressure to tackle an issue at this point. It's entirely your call.
Step 4
We dive into the work and help build alternative resolutions
We execute on the scope of work, with multiple sessions, potentially multiple participants. We deliver a strategy document that outline 3 viable paths to addressing the issue. You're always in the driver's seat, and determine how the resolution is implemented within your company.

At the conclusion of our Breakthrough Project, you'll be given 48 hours to evaluate how much value we delivered based on our quote and scope of work. That's what you'll pay.
